Pediatric Advanced Life Support Course (PALS)

This course is provided to healthcare professionals seeking a PALS Provider Card or renewal and is also provided for professionals seeking continuing education and improvement of professional skill sets. Hands-on training and step-by-step instruction will be provided by a certified instructor. Instruction and training includes: recognition and treatment of infants and children at risk of cardiopulmonary arrest, assessment procedures, respiratory management, CPR and AED skills, defibrillation and synchronized cardioversion, Intraosseous access and fluid bolus administration, and resuscitation techniques. Upon successful completion of this course participants will be awarded American Heart Association PALS Provider Course Completion Card which is valid for two years.
